When making a purchase, you are responsible for reading the item listing before buying and agree that completing your order forms a binding contract. Product prices are listed on the site and may change without notice. For returns, email caithorn87@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving an undamaged, unopened product with original packaging and receipt for a refund or exchange. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.

We may update, change, suspend, or stop services without prior notice or liability. Access may be ended at any time.

You agree to hold Cait Horn harmless against any claims or expenses arising from your use of the site or services.

These Terms are governed exclusively by Iowa laws. Disputes must be resolved in Manchester, IA. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
