Shipping Policy

How We Ship

We process shipments Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders typically dispatch within three business days. Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details. Please note that shipping carriers may encounter delays based on seasonal factors or unforeseen circumstances. While we strive to fulfil orders promptly, delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Address

If you need to amend your shipping address, kindly respond to your order confirmation email as soon as possible or contact caithorn87@gmail.com with your order number and the updated address.

Shipping Cost

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout in accordance with the items ordered, shipment weight, and carrier tariffs. You can review the shipping charges after providing your address and selecting a shipping method during checkout. Carrier rates are determined by USPS and UPS.

Combining Orders

Order processing begins promptly upon placement. Due to our limited staff and high order volume, we are generally unable to combine orders that were placed separately. However, when two orders from the same customer are placed on the same day for shipment to the same address, we make every effort to consolidate them and refund any excess shipping charges.

Adding or Removing Items

For privacy and security reasons, we do not have access to your credit card information. Accordingly, orders cannot be modified once submitted.

Cancelling an Order

To cancel an entire order, please reply to your order confirmation email or email caithorn87@gmail.com as soon as possible with your name and order number. Kindly note that individual items cannot be cancelled or removed from your order.

Tracking Orders

After shipment, you will receive an email notification with a link to monitor the status of your order.

Missing or Lost Packages

Tracking information is provided once your package has shipped. For current updates, use the “View and track your order” link in your shipping confirmation email. If your package appears missing or lost, please first consult your local postal carrier to confirm delivery. We also suggest checking with neighbors or household members. Should the package remain unlocated, reply to your shipping confirmation email or email caithorn87@gmail.com with your name and order number. Our team will assist you accordingly.

Incorrect, Missing, or Damaged Product

If you receive damaged items or an incorrect order, please reply to your order or shipping confirmation email, or contact caithorn87@gmail.com with your name and order number. We will promptly issue a replacement.
